A lot more attention would be paid to ALL aspects of society if it was known that they would be voting as opposed to unlikely to bother. If none of the above turns out to be the winner, then it's clear that either nobody is appealing to sufficient of the electorate to win, and/or they are simply failing to get there message across and need to try harder.
